Are you looking for a handmade exterior wood door? For the next eight weeks, I am going to be working on a wooden door project and have room to build up to five more.

These doors will be beautiful, crafted by hand with traditional mortise and tenon joinery. We can also choose the wood together to suit your own style and decor. Because I only use sustainably harvested, local hardwoods, the doors are going to be environmentally friendly as well as the fact that I build all my projects by hand using only hand tools; the way they were done a century ago.

Price: $7,000 – $12,000 (depending on the wood)
(material costs up front, remainder on delivery)

If you are located in Toronto, Heritage Toronto will pay up to 50% of the door if you are upgrading a heritage home. I will even help you do the paper work for the grant application.
